The Launch Offer
At launch, Uncommonology® offers:
the Free Certificate
the Soft Degree
The Free Certificate is free.
The Soft Degree is a paid digital learning experience available as a one-off purchase for the price shown at checkout.
Future learning experiences, features, community activity, or additional stages of the Uncommonology® world may be added later, but they are not included unless expressly stated on the relevant page.
-
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or purchase a paid learning experience.
If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian before creating an account or making a purchase.
-
Accounts
You may need to create an account to access the Free Certificate, the Soft Degree, course progress, or certificates.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must not share your account with other people, sell access to your account, or allow others to use your account to access paid learning materials.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in breach of these Terms.
-
Payments
Prices are shown on the relevant page and at checkout.
The Soft Degree is a one-off purchase unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise.
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. Uncommonology® does not directly store your full card details.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and that you have permission to use the payment method provided.
-
Digital Access and Cancellation
The Soft Degree is digital content supplied online.
When you purchase the Soft Degree, access may begin immediately after payment. Before checkout, you may be asked to confirm that you want access to begin immediately and that you understand this may affect your cancellation rights.
If digital access has begun with your consent and acknowledgement, you may lose the right to cancel within the usual cancellation period, except where the content is faulty, not as described, or where your legal rights say otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
-
Refunds and Problems
Because the Soft Degree is a digital learning experience, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If something does not work, if you cannot access what you purchased, or if the learning experience is not as described, contact admin@uncommonology.co.uk with your name, order details, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer technical support, restore access, correct an issue, provide a replacement where possible, or issue a refund.
We do not normally offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after accessing the digital content, unless your legal rights require otherwise.
-
Certificates
Where stated, completion of a learning experience may result in a digital Uncommonology® certificate.
Certificates are playful, collectible records of completion within the Uncommonology® world. They are not formal qualifications and should not be represented as accredited academic awards.
You are responsible for entering your name correctly where it is used for certificate generation.
-
